ACREAGE~ This ranch has a total of 106.74 acres (22.69 acres in Brewster County & 84.05 acres in Presidio County).  The ranch has been surveyed and is completely fenced.

WATER SYSTEM~ Water is furnished by a good 340ft solar powered water well that has two 1 1/4 fast line pipe lines to two 5,000 gal thick wall poly storage tanks at the top of the mountain above the improvements providing 65 PSI of water pressure.  In addition, the open shop building has three 3,000 gal storage tanks collecting rain water off the shop that are kept full as a backup water source.  This collection system may be run independently to all improvements, pens, and small fruit orchard put in 2017.  All waterline pipe fittings and valves are stainless steel to prevent rusting and malfunction.

GAME & WATERINGS~  This ranch provides ideal habitat and browse for desert mule deer, aoudad sheep, javelin, Montezuma quail, as well as native varments to the area.  The owner has designed special water troughs for both large animals and small critters and birds.
